Getting an error message and can't find the setting to disable the security as stated in the message. Pasting the message in case anyone has an idea where the setting is for this.
"Restricted setting
For your security, this setting is unavailable. Harmful apps might ask you to change this setting to get yourpersonal data. This setting can't be changed unless you allow restricted settings in More"
