QuestionsHello,
Thanks for bringing this up! It seems that the Compass and Ruler tools may have been removed or temporarily disabled in the Edge Panel settings after upgrading to Beta 2 (or even 3). This could be due to compatibility adjustments or a temporary oversight in the beta version.
Here are a few things you can try:
1. Check for Updates to Edge Panel:
Go to Settings > Display > Edge Panels > Handle > Panels and see if Compass and Ruler are listed under additional panels or if there’s an option to download them again.
2. Update Good Lock (if applicable):
If you’re using Good Lock modules for customization, ensure they’re updated to the latest versions. Some Edge Panel features rely on compatibility updates from Good Lock.
3. Reinstall Edge Panel Components:
If Compass and Ruler were downloaded add-ons, you might need to reinstall them from the Galaxy Store or check for standalone apps that restore these functionalities.
4. Submit Feedback:
Since this might be a beta-related issue, I recommend submitting a report via the Samsung Members app to let the team know these tools are missing.
However, it’s likely that these features will be restored or updated in a future release.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
