Constantly interrupted by message about permissions

I'm getting this message that interrupts me constantly.I can't even figure out what applications it wants me to go to. This is with the beta ui 7. Any advice is appreciated.

Support did not have any answers.

You can find it in the apps under all apps and that's where you'll find it

I can't find it anywhere. I think maybe i'm going to withdraw from the beta and reset the phone because this is interrupting the flow of using the phone and it's getting worse and worse

Even if you withdraw you'll have to wait for stable or get a computer to downgrade back to 6.1 with smartswitch
