Does anyone have back button issue when on call

I am having issues with this new beta can samsung please fix this?

Back button/ back doesn't work when i am on call with someone

Solution: I have to end call to go to home screen 

Expected: back button should work when I am on call and I should be able to access other apps or homescreen when I am talking to someone on phone

I believe this is already a known issue. Submit a report to Sammy. In the future might I suggest maybe doing a search of some of the articles to see if someone has already encountered your same issue 🙂 happy Friday!

How do people usually report to samsung. Can you please help so i can report this issue directly or does samsung checks these threads?

Samsung does check the threads but they will need actual systemic data so they can examine things like: script, code etc. You can file a report by opening the Samsung Members app.

I have experienced this problem. Glad to see that it is a known issue. Hopefully beta3 will have the problem fixed.

Pull down the notification menu and go to your settings during a call. It would send you to unlock your phone. Then you can go back to home

It should be fix in the next update. That's a known bug

Yes. I report it. It happens a lot when in a phone call.
