To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.
1. Open Samsung Members โ One UI Beta Program โ Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure โSend system log dataโ is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.

QuestionsThe reason I say this is because these phones need an initial configuration startup for whatever carrier you're on. Being that you have two sims I'm guessing it's possible you have two different carriers so let The phone start up with only one SIM active and it will configure the phone for that carrier.
If that works then add the SIM1 back into the tray.
Otherwise the next step I would take if that doesn't work would be to reset network settings.
