As soon as the One UI 6.0 beta was available I joined. I have an unlocked device on the T-Mobile network. Everything was working fine as far as being part of the beta program, but then I decided to use the dual SIM option for my phone line for work which is a different carrier. I still have One UI 6.0 on my phone, but anytime I try to report a problem in the Members app, it says that I switched carriers and I'm no longer eligible to be a part of the beta program. I don't understand why this is happening because I still have my original setup that I did when I signed up. The only difference is I added a line to my phone using the dual SIM with a different carrier. I ended up being able to submit a report but I had to turn off that secondary SIM that I use for work. Is there a way to make this work while both SIMs are active? I always leave the T-Mobile SIM as the primary SIM card.

If the new sim is your primary sim card, it will tell you you're not registered in the beta program anymore. If you switch back your old sim card to the primary, it will show you as registered again. If your new sim card is going to be your primary, you have to message the beta moderator with your IMEI and new carrier information.

I always kept T-Mobile as my primary sim. I still received that message though. I just updated my software to the ZWIC version and after my phone restarted I checked to see if I would be able to submit a report without getting that error message and it ended up working. Not sure what happened but I always had T-Mobile set as my primary sim. At least it's working now though. Thank you!

Is the new SIM physical? Just wondering if one of them is treated as the default SIM for the beta program, even if it's not your selected primary SIM.

If your service provider changes to a different carrier than the one you registered with, you will receive the error message.

If you run into an issue again, please send us a private message with your IMEI so we can update your registration.
