On Nov 3rd I brought this up, got a reply to force stop and clear the cache and reboot. I followed up asking where is the Face recognition located to be able to do this. I replied to the original post asking for additional support. No reply Nov 6th I get a email asking " Did it solve your problem " answer NO .
