1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback. 2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available). 3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)

I have tried all. I am using a brand new Samsung fast charger. I am at 33% right now and it still says I have 1hr 10 mins til full. This has never been an issue until I joined the program and updated
