Font types?

I don't know if it is something related to the beta or it is something common in all ONE UI versions. But when I change the font type, it changes everywhere except Google apps!

Any idea how to change it?

It's not related to the beta. For some odd reason, Google doesn't allow the font of it's apps to change.
