Am I the only one that keeps getting the gear s crashed or no? Because this been happening during all the beta phases.

It happen to me since the start. I just Uninstalled the wearable app. Then re-installed it. Have not had the problem since.

Thank you for your feedback. Please update your Galaxy wearable app as well as plugin are updated to latest version from galaxy store.  If the issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
