Still not updating. I know this has something to do with the beta, what I'm wondering about is why do some people also on beta are able to update? Is there a workaround? Thank you

That happened to me (before the beta testing) I restarted my phone and it updated.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's not a big deal. You don't have to do it anyway.
