Google play system update

Is Google play system update supposed to be working using beta software? 

Got this error.

Try wiping cache partition.

It should be on May.

I have the same issue. Google Play update says "updates are temporarily unavailable". Cache partition has been wiped and phone reboot. Same issue. I'm on May 1 but the latest version won't install.

I sent in a report on May 28th. Sent screenshot and log files.

I'm wondering if others experiencing this issue are running the beta of Google play services? I am and can't get this latest May update to install. I can't think of anything else that may cause this. I've already tried the common suggestions Google has to resolve this problem.
