You may have to factory reset. There isn't a way that I know of.

Yap and when I try to put old PIN(same as I have now) it say "Incorect PIN entered"

But I already fixed it.
Just tried couple times to put my PIN and after it asked if I wont to skip this and enter Samsung Account password
