I've made a terrible mistake a few days ago. After my phone has been unresponsive from the ui crashing on Sunday Dec 3, 2023, I was forced to reset it. After that, I signed into my Samsung cloud account but accidentally pressed backup data instead of restore data. All of my information is gone; gallery, music, notes, etc. I've talked to a total of 5 Samsung "pros" this entire week and not 1 was able to help me. I really need my data back but this is going to be the end of the rode for samsung with me. I've withdrawn myself from the beta version and after startup, it still says that my phone is in beta and the one ui home is still lagging, and glitching.
