QuestionsHi guys.
It's my first post here.
I would like to withdraw from the One UI Beta Program but every time I click on the "status" I got this message: "One UI Beta features aren't available because your service provider has changed."
I didn't actually change my service provider. I just switched from physical SIM to an eSIM. I have some glitches on my banking apps so I decided to downgrade my firmware. I can downgrade using Smart Switch but it would still download the One UI 7 beta firmware.
I already talked to support but they couldn't help me with this issue except to send my phone to a Samsung repair shop.
I already messaged the Beta Moderators here but got no response. For the meantime, I stopped using the S24 Ultra and moved my AT&T eSIM to my iPhone 16 Pro Max with a Verizon service (dual SIM).
Is there any other way to withdraw from the Beta program?
Would I be automatically unenrolled/withdrawn from the Beta program once the One UI 7 officially release to the public?
I hope to hear any suggestions.
Thank you.

QuestionsThanks for the suggestion. Will I be automatically withdrawn from beta after installing official update?

QuestionsThanks. I was asking because some Beta programs won't automatically unenroll/withdraw you from the Beta program after the Official/Public release. You would still be receiving the subsequent beta updates. Some beta updates also does't rely on your Cellular Service or your IMEI to participate or to withdraw (i.e. Apple)
Again, thanks for the suggestions. I hope this would also help out some people who would want to withdraw for some reason.

QuestionsDidn't work for me. I changed back to the stock ui 6 but beta isn't gone. You need to insert the sim card of the same company you used before. Then remove beta.
Ironically if you used a different Samsung account when setting it up, it'll be stuck. You can't withdraw unless you use the same account again. I'm actually stuck here. No help from Samsung. It's a horrible experience. I should never have gotten the phone.

QuestionsI was able to withdraw from the beta with the help of @USBetaModerator3.
I was able to comb over the forum and found a topic similar to mine. One of the kind beta participants mentioned that directly messaging the Beta Moderators and give them your email, IMEI, phone SN and your service provider helped to fix the issue.
I did what was suggested and waited for a day or two until @USBetaModerator3 replied and fix the issue on their end for me.
We just have to be patient because I know @USBetaModerator3is also actively helping other people out.
Hope this helps. Thanks.
