I would like to withdraw from the One UI Beta Program but every time I click on the "status" I got this message: "One UI Beta features aren't available because your service provider has changed."
I didn't actually change my service provider. I just switched from physical SIM to an eSIM. I have some glitches on my banking apps so I decided to downgrade my firmware. I can downgrade using Smart Switch but it would still download the One UI 7 beta firmware.
I already talked to support but they couldn't help me with this issue except to send my phone to a Samsung repair shop.
I already messaged the Beta Moderators here but got no response. For the meantime, I stopped using the S24 Ultra and moved my AT&T eSIM to my iPhone 16 Pro Max with a Verizon service (dual SIM).
Is there any other way to withdraw from the Beta program?
Would I be automatically unenrolled/withdrawn from the Beta program once the One UI 7 officially release to the public?
Thank you. I was able to withdraw from the One UI beta Program. I have to install the beta first from the freshly installed One UI6 after using Odin. After installing the One UI 7, I was able to withdraw from the Beta Program. I am going to downgrade back to the latest One UI 6 using Smart Switch, then wait till the Official One UI 7 comes out this April 7th. I know it's only 2 days but I want a fresh firmware install anyway.
I will be updating you as to the status of my phone after I install the official one even if this is a beta forum so I could help out some people wanting to withdraw the Beta Program for some reason.
@USBetaModerator3 I'm having the same issue i cant withdraw form beta program under the member app is suck on joining and under the settings i have an option to withdraw but dose not work. I keep getting an update to upgrade to One UI 8 beta can you please help remove me from the program
