Questions@LKmoni After you have successfully registered for the watch beta, open the Wearable app, go into watch settings, click on Watch software update. Then click on Download and install.

Thank you for your participation in One UI Watch 6 Beta for Watch5.
As @LongHiker suggested, you can manually select "Software update" from Watch Settings, or on Galaxy Wearable Beta app (That you've downloaded) and download (Watch Settings > Watch Software update).
However, make sure your device is Bluetooth US model (not just Bluetooth supporting LTE model such as R905, R915, R925...) to receive the Beta software.
If your device is ineligible, you won't be able to receive the Beta software, while you can still download the Beta apps.
