Is anyone else having issues with the YouTube app?

When trying to switch orientation on the YouTube app it gets offset and unable to switch back to the correct orientation.

Is portrait or landscape mode activated? If you already have landscape mode activated then by default the setting that allows the phone to 'detect' your position won't show up as a tiny button below on the right side of the screen.

What version of YT?

Can't go to full screen right away.
Need to press the home button first, then from the Youtube PIP, select full screen.
