Is my data lost forever?

A lot of my data from Samsung Health is not being transmitted to my phone, from my Watch4 Classic. Is this data being stored in the watch, or is it lost forever? 
I tried to update my Samsung account from the Galaxy store & the automatic update is checked & the install button is ghosted. How am I to update the Samsung Account to the latest version?

Everything else in Samsung Health goes from my Watch4 to my phone, except ECG data & it worked until beta3.

If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.

Please navigate to settings -> apps -> Samsung account -> Samsung account -> App details in store and update to the latest version.
