Any body know why KG Lock state can be active (0x1)?
I bought my phone at BestBuy as "Open Box" (unlocked by Samsung)
and yesterday when I entered to fasboot mode I seen that KG Lock state Active(0x1), but I can fully use my phone without any restrictions.
And of course I have a phone box and receipt(as a prove that I bought this phone).

This is the channel for beta testing OneUI 7. Did your phone act differently before the beta? Beta 1,2,3?

Hello,

Since you bought the device as an open box from BestBuy, it might have been enrolled in a KG (Knox Guard) policy by the original owner or retailer.

Even though the KG Lock state is Active (0x1), restrictions may not be enforced if the device has been fully unlocked or remoevd from financing/enterprise control.

If your phone is fully functional and has no restrictions, the active state may simply be residual from its previous configuration. However, if you experience restrictions later (e.g., phone locking, limited features), contact Samsung Support or the retailer (Best Buy) for clarification and resolution.

Make sure you verify your ownership with BestBuy, Check Knox Enrollment (contact Samsung support to confirm if the device is still registered under Knox Guard), and avoid any unauthorized modifications.

Regards,
