QuestionsTry clearing the system cache. Power down device, then press and hold both the side (power) and volume up buttons at the same time until the recovery screen appears. Using the volume buttons, move the highlight over "Wipe cache partition" then click the side button, then use the volume button to highlight "Yes", then press the side button. Then it will default to the top "Reboot system now" and just press the side button to reboot the device as usual.
If that does not work, then using the members app and going into the beta, click on "Beta feedback", select a category or choose "other", then describe the issue and include screenshots and even screen recordings when this happens. Be sure the "Send system log data" is checked and then send. Wait until it was confirmed being sent.
