The color options for the lock screen clock are grayed out. I've switched back to a default theme and wallpaper, but still no go. Come to think about it, mine have been grayed out for a long as I can remember. I just can't figure out witch setting i use that interferes with it. Any ideas?

Try clearing cache in One Ui Home, toggle on show system apps .

One last suggestion. Try clearing cache for System UI (show system apps first).

If you're not familiar with Developer options, don't do it.
Go to Settings > Developer options. Inside Developer Options, scroll for "Simulate color space." Ensure it is set to "Disabled."
Then, look for "Force Dark Mode" toggle it on, then turn it off. This setting forces apps and UI elements into fixed color spectrums, disabling custom themes.

If that doesn't work, try to reset your settings.

Go to Settings > General management. Tap Reset, then Reset all settings.
Note: This will return your Wi-Fi passwords, Bluetooth connections, and ringtones to factory defaults, but your personal data remains completely safe. It acts as a nuclear option for stubborn system UI bugs.
