Lost delivered/Read

Has anyone else lost your access to Delivered/Read in their messages app? I reset it but still didn't work. Any suggestions?

I can still see my message has been delivered but I can no longer see when it's been read

Turn sim off and back on should restore the "chat features" connection

Try turning your sim card off and back on..."chat features" is having trouble connecting after reboot on beta but this has fixed it for me each time...this should restore read/delivery receipts
