Moving icons on cover screen

Anyone else having issues moving app icons or widgets between the home screens; specifically while only using the cover display? 

I'm able to move things around if I unfold between any of the pages.

Default TW launcher and all that, just doesn't seem to bring over the edge enough to toggle the desired screen. 

Edit: this also seems to be impacting moving app icons to other pages in the app drawer (such as into a folder)

Edited edit: 2 separate soft reset resolved for me in case anyone else has this issue.

Did you try swiping with one finger while holding the icon with the other finger? They added that feature specifically for the reason you were having issues. I've had your issue from day one with this phone. Now it's not an issue because you can swipe screens while holding the icon

I did attempt it, that function may have not been active. But it was fun functional after the second restart. So far haven't been able to replicate it again, perhaps there was still something hung up in the cache until after another restart. Insert infinite amount of things that it could have been.
