Same as before, long press and hold the recent open app, or the app icon on top or from the notification shade depending on what apps are in there, etc reddit, snapchat etc
While in an app go to the recent app menu (the so switcher) then press the app icon of the second app you'd like to open. Select "open in split view " or "open in pop-up view"
You can also use the apps panel in the Quick panel and drag the icon of the second app onto the first app (if open) to open it in pop-up window.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
