Multiple Users

Under settings and accounts, there is an option for users, yet I cannot add any at all. 

I have work account , dual messenger, and secure folder in use if it helps. 

Any help to activate and be able to use multiuser would be great

Wow Im surprised to even see this function enabled. Samsung has traditionally disabled this function.

I was able to add a guest account and it did give me the option to add a new user but I didn't go through with adding one.

I have secure folder and dual messenger enabled.

It may be your work profile. Are your options grayed out?

Yes my option to add a new custom user is greyed out, I cannot experiment easily because setting up the work profile was a hurdle in its own haha...

But if you're able to rest with and without work profile, do let me know!

Omg I didn't realize Samsung finally unlocked multiple account support, this is sweet! Guest mode was working for me and I was able to add a new user. I've got secure folder enabled.

UPDATE. got an answer from Samsung:

Total # of users is 4.
-owner
-work profile (counts as user)
-secure folder (counts as user)
-dual messenger (counts as user)

Lol 😅 maybe it should be more clear then.

Can anyone test if you can get notifications from other user accounts?
