Hello. I am unable to use the Netflix app since updating to the Android 12 beta OS on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus. When opening the app, I receive an error to update to the latest version of Netflix. However when I go to the Google Play store to do so, it only gives me the option to open the app, with a message stating that it is not compatible with my device. This may be due to the beta program, however, I haven't read any comments saying others have the same issue. I have disabled the app, cleared cache, and restarted my device with no resolve.  I even contacted Netflix for support, but they suggested reaching out to the manufacturer.  Please advise if there are any other fixes for my issue.

Hello @NickBudro ,

The issue is happening on beta software across multiple devices. It would be best to check with Netflix developers if they can modify they play store compatibility to support beta program.

Thank you for your response, but I did communicate with them, and they passed the ball back to the manufacturer (Samsung)šŸ¤·

For all having issues with 12 beta, this is the answer from google...our phones are basically hosed up because Samsung won't provide a fix. You have the list is beta users and can certainly send a link or provide a clean OS. This NOTE10 is pretty much useless. Samsung, I'm outa here....this is unacceptable, everyone stones rocks at each other, I expect more from Samsung

Google apps on devices that aren't Play Protect certified aren't licensed and may not be real Google apps.

What to do if your device isnā€™t Play Protect certified

Working fine here. But I think you have to be on Netflix Beta build for it to work.

I have done all that I can think of (or recommended) but no resolve. I figured at this point, I'm just going to have to wait until the stable update is released and keep my fingers crossed.
