I believe the beta 4 is for carrier model devices only. My device is an unlocked S24 Ultra so I do not have a download either.

I remember last yrnone of the beta was only released for T-Mobile. I had to download and use Odin to install it.

I have done several beta programs with Samsung, including this one, and never has there been a carrier only beta update. I hope this is an oversight that will be addressed quickly. Reported via the beta feedback.
