Is anyone else having an issue where you pull down the notification bar from either side and it just instantly closes?

On both the coverscreen and inside.

Have to lock the screen and unlock it to get it to work

Just wanted to inform, that quick panel can now be used for "Separate" and "Together" settings. 

However, if your device is instantly closing notification bars when pulling down, we ask you to submit and error report with the video to help us understand your issue deeper.

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
