Notifications on Galaxy watch 6 pro

Every since I started using beta I'm getting duplicate texts. I have no idea y. Anyone else seen this?

Yea I get this while using Google Messages and Galaxy Watch 4

I have had this before. If you go in your Wearable App >Watch Settings >Notifications >App Notifications, make sure only 1 of the message apps is turned on. I had Google and Samsung messages so I was getting dual notifications. See screenshot:
