One UI 4 Beta

I am trying to join the beta program for the One UI 4. The banner does not seem to appear. Anyone know the link to the banner page?

My main purpose is to get the eSIM working on my S21 Ultra.

That's not very helpful from them. You are absolutely right, they should post somewhere so we don't waste time trying to figure it out. I guess we have to wait for the public release. If that happens this year
