I registered my Galaxy S23 for the One UI 9 Beta Programme through Samsung Members. My registration remains stuck on "Processing join request" and I am unable to complete enrolment.
Please investigate the beta-registration status associated with my Samsung account/device and, if necessary, reset or correct the pending registration so that my device can successfully enrol.
