My so and I both have S21s and he sees it I'm his feed and I don't? Weird. Any thoughts???

What carrier are you using on your device ? One UI 4 Beta is only open for T-Mobile, Sprint and Samsung unlocked devices.  Also you could try scrolling through banners if you are in one of supported carriers. Should look something like below.
