Samsung does dif times for rollout. Your location may have not opened for beta yet. If it did. It was beta closed. Or a sign up prompt would be available. Keep an eye out. May come later today. Or on a dif day.

Your location may have not opened for beta. Keep an eye out today or tomorrow. They dont open everywhere for everyone. It could be you get the prompt later or another day. Its luck of the draw.
