Random notification sounds

I keep getting random notification sounds and there isn't any notifications when i check. I sent a report just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

I get my notifications late

Turn off notification reminders. Fixed it for me, it was reminding me even when there were no notifications

I had the same issues and it almost made me crazy. I tried everything based on my knowledge and seem to have solve it. Maybe it was the notification reminders that I turned off...
