Hey guys, I have a galaxy Note 20U with one ui 4.0 and my screen has been randomly waking to the lock screen with no notification. It was sitting on my desk so Lift to wake wouldn't be at fault and nothing touched it so double tap to wake wouldn't be at fault. This started happening earlier today and woken up about 4 times. Does anyone have any suggestions?
My AOD and lock screen etc were acting funny recently. Never woke up without any help but def a little glitchy. Also my purchased AOD themes from before are all missing. Luckily I have the receipts. Idk hopefully we get BETA 4 SOON! I feel like midnight might be a surprise.. wishful thinking 😅
Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
Turn off the device.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
Press Side key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
