How can i rollback to One UI 5.1? One UI Home force closes EVERYTIME i hit the recent apps button.. Do not want to be stuck w this until October, please help
Use Odin and frija, use frija to download latest 5.1 for your model then boot phone to download mode and use odin to install. Use the home csc to keep all data and apps intact. You can also use Smart switch however it will wipe the phone and revert back to factory defaults. While using Odin you can use the home CSC without losing any of your apps and data. You'll also need to leave the beta program.
If you wait until next week, the next update should drop and fix 90% of the issues we're having on beta 1. This is the whole purpose of the beta program
You can deregister from the beta program from Samsung member’s app -> settings -> one Ui Beta program status -> Withdraw. Once withdrawn you can download smart switch on the PC and restore to Android 13. Please back up all data on your device before using smart switch to move back to Android 14 as this does reset the phone. if you do choose to move to Android 13 , we suggest you backup all your device data and master reset on Android 14 and try if for a few days. If issues are still not resolved, you always have the choice to withdraw and move back to Android 13
