Does anyone else have an issue with screen randomly going blank whil on a call or accessing apps. Every so often while I'm on a call my screen will go blank. I can still see home, multi windows, and back button but screen is just black. Before anyone says anything; no my screen timeout isn't activating and no my phone is not locking itself. I have to actually tap either one on 3 afore mentioned buttons to get display to show what it should.

My screen goes black when I try to open my banking app. Happens everytime. The app seems to work still. Just annoying that it dose that.

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.

Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not kill the task of the Samsung Members app until you receive notification that the error has been sent (about 5 minutes)
