Scrolling apps?

I heard that in the app drawer we would be able to scroll vertical. Does anyone know how to do this?

Feature was introduce as part of our Good lock app's Home Up. Unfortunately, due to volume of issues and feedback received, we are reworking the app. Please look for updates to Home Up app inside good lock.
