Secure folder locked notification

Good morning! I'm a little late to the party this beta and was wondering if everyone is seeing the secure folder notification every time your restart the phone. I don't think that was happening on 8.5. Thank you!

I'm amazed that you just started receiving the secure folder notification.

I've been receiving it for years, after every restart. It's been so long, I can't remember when it began. 😄

Initially, I found it annoying but decided it's useful.

Obviously, if you don't use secure folder, no start-up notifications.
