Secure folder

Any have any idea why secure folder would be totally missing from a device? Checked security an privacy settings. Notification panel. Its no where to be found on my girlfriends s25 running one ui 8.0.

Im on the s25 ultra one ui 8.0. An its available. Tried to see if any of her security settings some how tripped knox an hid it. But thats not the case everything checks out.

Im using the same device, I had to go to settings,apps,samsung apps. It is listed there under secure folder, tap on that and it gives you the option to show folder.

It wasnt in the list at all. I tried that. But i fixed it. I back the phone up to my pc using smart switch. An factory reset it. An then it came back. Idk if it was because she came from iphone an i heard smartswitch w tran iphones can some how trip knox or if enrolling in one ui beta 2 update caused it. Only fix was a factory reset.

Before submitting your error report, there could be a chance that your secure folder has been "hidden" under setting. In that case, you could access your Secure Folder app under Quick Panel > Secure Folder Icon (Folder + lock icon) to reopen > Should unhide the folder back into the app tray.
