Several apps including Netflix suddenly incompatible on ZFold 3

On latest beta for US Unlocked with Verizon carrier. Among the Play Store updates are Netflix, Hulu, Tiny Robots Recharged, and Photoshop Camera Photos Filter. All now report the message "This app isn't compatible with your device anymore" in the Google Play Store.

I think it is more playstore related since we haven't gotten a new beta since last month and the apps just vanish. Is the s21 android 12? I saw the issue was on some of them as well so they paused the update. https://www.sammobile.com/news/samsung-halts-galaxy-s21-one-ui-4-0-update-google-play/

Yea several of my apps I can't see have to search playstore and open them that way

They don't show in the app launcher? I can't find them in the app store at all but it's still on my phone
