Smart switch

I require to retrieve some images from my previous backup using Smart Switch. However, since I transitioned to Beta 8, it is unable to establish a connection with my computer, only with a mobile device. Any suggestions are welcome.

Dear Customer, This is Smart Switch team.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

For improved security on Galaxy devices, starting with Android B OS, your device will connect in charging mode by default when a cable is plugged in.
If you need to connect to a PC, you can switch the connection mode through the notification bar.
