Does anyone know what happen to the smart widget, the one that would show upcoming calendar events ?

Hello, I think she could be talking about  the smart widget of 4x1 size .
The widget has the following setting: 
"Show suggested widgets at the right time based on how you use your phone"
And there's 2 options, Calendar & Connected devices. At least for me  when I have and event or reminder the widget doesnt change... such a pity.
Does it work for anyone?
