To help the team accurately identify the cause of this issue, we kindly ask that you submit an Error Report immediately after reproducing the problem so that the relevant system logs can be captured.
If the issue began occurring after installing the latest Beta update, please include that information in your report along with any related screenshots or screen recordings, if available.
1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant media
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting
Important: For accurate log collection, please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue and do not close the Samsung Members app until you receive confirmation that the report has been sent.
Your report will greatly assist the team in analyzing and improving the Beta experience.
