You know, there is a possibility that Samsung could purposefully be delaying as long as possible so that people would let the OG note series die out ASAP. I'M NOT SAYING IT'S true, but it would be a finicial gimmick that cooooould work
Another theory: Samsung rolled out the OneUI 4 stable firmware update to every carrier & unlocked OneUI 3 stable in the U.S. except T-Mobile, so maybe it's T-Mobile who are dragging everyone behind...
