Had anyone experience a lag for a few long seconds before volume actually go up or down when side keys are pressed? It's not the first time it happens to me.

Fortunately, that's one issue I've not experienced 🙂

If not already, you should reboot to the Maintenance screen and select to Wipe the Cache Partition.
