Watch Beta Enrollment on Wrong Device

I have an S22 Ultra and a Tab S8 Ultra, both with Samsung Members app installed. The enrollment for the One UI Watch 5 beta is only available on my tablet. Trying to install from the tablet results in an error message instructing me to use my phone.
This is a chicken or the egg issue, I cannot enroll without the tablet, I cannot install without the phone. Come on Samsung!

Have you tried running the software update right from the watch itself?

I have. Also tried uninstalling the members app from all devices, then reinstalling only on the phone.

Interesting...whenever I've had problems with updates installing, installing it from the watch has always worked! Good luck, I hope you find the solution šŸ™‚

I wonder if the next major update (One UI 6) will come to tablets for the first time, given the fact that the Watch 4 and 5 are the first Wi-Fi only devices to receive the beta.

The exact same thing is happening to me. I just found the Beta on my Tab S7, so I opened the app on my phone but it isn't there, in any way shape or form. Frustrating for sure.
