Watch already updated?

I went to update my watch for beta version but it says my watch its already updated? How? Didn't even update it after I joined beta

Again, it has been almost 32 hours now and I cannot download software for my Bluetooth only watch 7

I decided to just leave the beta since I have the ultra with no Tmobile plan. The past beta  for watches didn't require any type of service plan to get the beta update.
