Watch update for Ultra 7 not on a phone plan

Does anyone know when the watch update will be released for the ultra 7 watches not on a phone plan?

You should have received Watch Ultra update for One UI 8, as the beta has ended for Ultra models.

If you are on Watch 7, then we are currently on the 4th Beta.

I have a watch ultra 7 and have not received the one ui 8 update, every time I go to software install it says it's up to date, who do I need to contact in order to resolve the issue?

So still no good or valid response, this watch beta is not good at all.

I have the watch 7 and I joined the Beta, but never even got a single update. Last one is in May.
